Welcome to the Nathan Thomas website and online store. By using this site you agreeing to abide by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your Placement of an order with the Nathan Thomas store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Nathan Thomas reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.


Complete Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. Nathan Thomas accepts payment via PayPal. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of our designated provider. Please contact info@nathanxthomas.com if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for goods. All custom or special orders require full payment to be paid upon completion of design to be completed with special order from.


Most orders will ship out within 14 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 -10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Nathan Thomas cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.


We do not except returns or exchanges on any product if you change your mind. We do offer a 1 year warranty on all 18ct gold Nathan Thomas pieces for manufacturing faults. Resizing of rings is not included under warranty, damage to goods through dropping or impact will result in loss of warranty. Before any product is returned for repair under warranty you must contact info@nathanxthomas.com first with details and a photo of product.

If you believe goods are faulty in any way, please email info@nathanxthomas.com stating your order number, an explanation as to the problem and a photo of the item. If we deem item to be faulty we will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will send you a replacement.


All Prices are final and we don’t offer discounts unless otherwise stipulated. Custom orders always require a minimum of 50% non refundable deposit in advance. Once both parties have agreed upon a custom design, an invoice will be issued for 50% of final agreed upon quote, if changes are requested after deposit has been paid this final amount is subject to change. You, the client will be notified and a new quote will be issued before any new work has commenced. Once the piece has been finished images of the piece will sent or a face to face consultation will be organised for approval at which point the final amount is too be paid in full before piece is handed over.
